Responsibilities: IT Support experience - L1/L2 Working knowledge of Windows 10 3+ years of experience in supporting internal PC and MAC users, including HW, SW, Network, phone, audio/video, etc. Strong troubleshooting skills Install, configure, and troubleshoot laptops, PC's, and MAC's. Mobile device support experience is a plus Strong communications, troubleshooting and team playing skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Service-Now knowledge is a plus Great phone skill
