Expert level of OTDR. Client needs someone who can grab an OTDR, plug it in, pinpoint the issue, and fix it not someone who just lists it as a buzzword. There will be a test in the interview for OTDR tracing. Please note that this is a 1-year contract position with possibility to extend.
