You will serve as the Branch Head/Supervisor in the Spectrum Mission Data and Information Division, Spectrum Warfare Department of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV POINT MUGU.Requirements:
In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12) or pay band (NM-03) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate duties related to the following: 1) Leading diverse technical teams in the development and integration of specialized data and software solutions, overseeing performance, and fostering professional growth; 2) Providing strategic direction and tactical execution within data and information management, contributing to planning, proposal development, and process improvement initiatives; 3) Managing the design, development, and maintenance of critical database systems, ensuring data integrity and supporting operational activities; and 4) Enabling spectrum warfare operations by developing and evaluating data and software solutions, supporting mission rehearsal, post-mission playback, and analysis.Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management website:
