Qualifications: Bachelor s or Master s degree in GIS, Geography, Computer Science, Environmental Science, or related field. 14 20 years of progressive experience in GIS architecture, geospatial systems development, and data integration. Proven expertise in FME (Feature Manipulation Engine) for complex data automation and ETL pipelines. Deep experience with ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Online, QGIS, and PostGIS.
