Job Description: Pay Range: $45hr - $50hr Provide day-to-day support for Meditech Magic applications across clinical and financial modules. Troubleshoot system issues, errors, and downtime in collaboration with end users and offshore teams. Provide end-user support including ticket triaging, root cause analysis, and resolution.
