This job has a screen-out element which will be used to determine minimum eligibility for this job. Applicants who do not receive a minimum of two points on the screen-out element(s) will be found ineligible. The Screen-out Element for this position is: ABILITY TO WORK WITH OTHERS AND LEAD PROVIDING DIRECTION AND GUIDANCE TO THREE OR MORE EMPLOYEES IN ACCOMPLISHING TRADES AND LABOR WORK. ABILITY TO ASSIGN WORK BASED ON WORKLOAD FOR THE DAY; CHECKS PROGRESS AND WHEN ASSIGNMENTS ARE COMPLETED; KNOWLEDGEABLE TO ANSWER QUESTIONS REQGARDING INSTRUCTIONS, POLICIES AND LAWS THAT INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOCAL, STATE AND FEDERAL REGULATIONS AS THEY APPLY TO TRANSPORTATION. ABILITY TO DEMONSTRATE PROPER WORK METHODS FOR ALL EMPLOYEES LED.
