ABILITY TO ASSIGN WORK BASED ON WORKLOAD FOR THE DAY; CHECKS PROGRESS AND WHEN ASSIGNMENTS ARE COMPLETED; KNOWLEDGEABLE TO ANSWER QUESTIONS REQGARDING INSTRUCTIONS, POLICIES AND LAWS THAT INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOCAL, STATE AND FEDERAL REGULATIONS AS THEY APPLY TO TRANSPORTATION. ABILITY TO DEMONSTRATE PROPER WORK METHODS FOR ALL EMPLOYEES LED.
