About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to March Air Reserve Base, California.

The position is a regular full-time position, which means you are eligible for benefits and guaranteed to work at least 40 hours per week. Employees will be eligible for the use of the fitness center, lodging, and other activities.

In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if the position allows for qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application.

Qualifying Experience:
Minimum three years experience that demonstrates a professional knowledge of marketing, sponsorship, advertising, public relations, event promotion. Ability to supervise and coordinate the work of three or more subordinated staff. Demonstrated experience using a variety of marketing media and methods, such as graphic arts, design, illustrations, photographs, computer broadcast, an other visual media.. Must write and speak effectively. Progressively responsible experience which provided the ability to solicitation and negotiate commercial sponsorship agreements.
