Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot problems associated with network. Connectivity, and workstation hardware/software. Troubleshoot consumer replaceable hardware, BIOS, Driver, OS. Installing Printer drivers, IP Printing/Cloud Printing. OneDrive Setup and migrations w/ OneNote Cloud Sharing. Attempt Data Recovery
