This vacancy is for a Lead Budget Analyst, GS-0560-13 located in the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Coast Guard, Budget Execution Branch, Resource Management Division, Pacific Area (PACAREA), Alameda, CA.Requirements:
To qualify at the GS- 13 grade level, applicants must have at least one (1) full year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-12 grade level in the federal sector. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular ability, skill, and knowledge to successfully perform the duties of this position and is typically in or related to this line of work.
Specialized experience must include the following:
- Performing a variety of budgetary formulation, analytical and administrative functions that require application of many different and unrelated budgetary, financial, and analytical techniques and methods
- Developing and coordinating estimates, plans, justifications, special exhibits, and supplementary budget information for a wide range of appropriation budget submissions.
NOTE: Education cannot be substituted for experience at this grade level.
