You will serve as a Training Specialist in the Mariner Skills Training Center Pacific (MSTCPAC) of SURFACE WARFARE OFFICERS SCHOOL.Requirements:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Analyzing courses of instruction/ course reviews compiled from student critiques, instructor evaluations and command monitors to provide valuable feedback and recommendations to supervisors; 2) Developing course material (i.e task analysis, learning objectives, course master schedules, lessons, instructional aids, training plans, test banks, etc.) for an educational or training program; 3) Utilizing studies concerning efficiency and effectiveness of training programs/initiatives in improving and optimizing efficient utilization of resources assigned; 4) Applying knowledge of various facets of instructional systems analysis, design and development, including complex issues/areas curriculum technology, design, and maintenance to develop new curricula or provide training material revisions.Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management web site: https://www.opm.gov/policy-data-oversight/classification-qualifications/general-schedule-qualification-standards/#url=List-by-Occupational-Series
