Description:
1) Installation, maintenance, and repairs of ATE/SLT hardware.2) Thermal setup installation (pedestal, TIM, plunger/lid) and its operation on plunger and ATC lid.3) MB and E-board installation. Troubleshooting of SLT setup (E-board, socket, & thermal head) and ATE setup (loadboard, socket, & plunger).4) Test setup validation with a golden unit. Ongoing socket monitoring/maintenance.5) Support ENG requests.
