Rework Technician (Part time for 4-5 months, then 40 hours/week) Primary responsibility will be rework - Fine pitch soldering. Secondary responsibility - marking cable harnesses, organizing lab, mechanical assembly of prototypes, maintaining test equipment. Required: SMT (surface mount) Fine pitch soldering skills. Experience removing and replacing BGA/QFN packages. Ability to solder 0402 AKA 01005 is a must have. Experience removing and replacing through hole dc-dc converters. Cable harnessing
