You will serve as a WATER PROGRAM COORDINATOR in the One-Guam Water Program of NAVAL FACILITIES ENG COMMAND MARIANAS. (NAVFAC)This position is also subject to a Cost of Living Allowance (COLA) currently set at 11.88%. COLA is subject to change without notice.
Requirements:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: providing engineering and technical program management for shore utilities systems, assets, infrastructure, and financial stability.
