Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or DP-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: managing cost, schedule, and performance of a complex C4 integration project across multiple high-level stakeholders; and policy and processes associated with all elements of Security Cooperation is required to perform duties (such as: Security Cooperation organization and stakeholders, Technology Transfer and Disclosure, Foreign Military Sales (FMS) policy and process, Building Partner Capacity (BPC) policy and process, Transportation (of products overseas), End Use Monitoring, Financial Policies & Procedures (governing FMS and BPC), International Education & Training, Security Assistance, Financial Management, Contracting, Contracts Management, Risk Management, and Schedule Management).Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management website: https://www.opm.gov/policy-data-oversight/classification-qualifications/general-schedule-qualification-standards/0300/program-management-series-0340/
