Description:
This position is located in the National Defense Reserve Fleet (NDRF), Office of Ship Operations, Office of the Deputy Associate Administrator for Federal Sealift, Office of the Associate Administrator for Strategic Sealift, Maritime Administration (MARAD).
Requirements:
Qualifications for the position are based on the training, experience, or other requirements that determine which applicants would be able to perform satisfactorily in the position to be filled.
To qualify for the WS- 07, your experience should include experience equal or equivalent to the following:
- Ability to coordinate cleaning and coating operations on topside superstructures of ships.
- Ability to oversee job scheduling, ensure job completion within timelines, and manage budgets.
- Ability to apply knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards for safe shipboard work and comply with environmental regulations.
