Supporting core BU teams with day-to-day management of tasks.Defining overall timeline and tasks breakdown.Tracking & defining regular progress and necessary follow-ups.Detail process and providing process/tools training to cross functional project leads.Holds office hours to answer questions, attend weekly planning meetings with continuous follow up through email & Slack.Managing slack channels for planning and ensuring questions are answered.
