Description:
This position is located in the Morale, Welfare and Recreation Department in the Navy Region Southwest. The primary purpose of this position is to oversee various functions going on in the facility, perform first level supervisory duties and to ensure that established policies and procedures are followed.Requirements:
- Possess a fine sense of public and customer relations.
- Knowledge of military club operation, regulations and techniques pertaining to private parties.
- Skill to communicate effectively and the tact to deal capably and diplomatically with superiors, peers, subordinates and customers.
- Be capable of handling monies attend MWR Cash Handling Training within first 30 days of employment.
- Ability to use PC computers and knowledge of various software programs.
- Be able to account for materials, equipment and money placed in care.
- A minimum of one (1) year experience which provides knowledge of club, restaurant, business operations, or equivalent leadership experience.
