The typical seasonal entry-on-duty period is October -April, but can be variable during these months due to weather conditions, project needs, or funding. Anticipated Entry on Duty: October 2025

Requirements:

To qualify for this position, you must have sufficient knowledge and ability in the following job-related factors:

Ability to do the work of Motor Vehicle Operator WG-5703-08 without more than normal supervision (SCREEN OUT): Operate at least two types of motor vehicles (platform trucks, van trucks, fuel trucks, stake trucks, and trash removal trucks with a rear end compactor plate) which typically have an approximate gross vehicle weight of more than 32,0000 pounds are equipped with air brakes to pick up and deliver materials and equipment or tow equipment to various locations and work sites. Operate maintenance on one or more of these motor vehicles.

Must currently possess a valid Class A Commercial Drivers License with Air Brakes and Tanker endorsement (Screen out, must have CDL by closing date of this announcement).
