Description:
This SUPERVISORY AIRCRAFT LOADMASTER (INSTRUCTOR) position, is located at an Air National Guard (ANG) flying wingand is part of the CA 146 AW.
Requirements:
General Experience: Possess experience in functions such as preparing aircraft loading plans, loading and offloading aircraft, operating loading equipment, and ensuring security of cargo in flight.SUPERVISORY AIRCRAFT LOADMASTER (INSTRUCTOR), GS-2185-11: Must have at least one year of specialized experience, equivalent to at least the GS-10 level experience in ensuring metrics are established and monitored to assess key result areas for successful mission accomplishment including, but not limited to, items where non-compliance would affect system reliability or result in serious injury, loss of life, excessive cost, or litigation; Experience managing the Loadmaster Standardization evaluation program; Experience developing and providing instruction on MAFFS, fire behavior and inflight MAFF duties to US as well as foreign nationals.
