This HR SPECIALIST (R/P/C) position, is located in the JFHQ-State Human Resources Office (HRO)and is part of the CA JFHQ J1 HRO.
This Vacancy is being advertised concurrently with Technician Vacancy CA-12774535-AR-25-409, CA-12773131-AR-25-408 and CA-12773123-AR-25-410. Only one of the announced positions will be filled.
Requirements:
General Experience: Possess experienceanalyzing problems to identify significant factors, gather pertinent data, and recognize solutions; planning and organizing work; and communicating effectively orally and in writing.HR SPECIALIST (R/P/C), GS-0201-11: Must have at least one year of specialized experience, equivalent to at least the GS-09 level experience in executing personnel programs and Human Resources Information Systems and advising supervisors and managers; Experience in personnel and manpower core competencies; Experience in applying program policies, directives, publications, and training manuals.
