Key Responsibilities : Provide technical & functional support for PredictSpring POS and similar modern platforms (e.g., Jumpminds, NewStore). Troubleshoot production issues, API failures, sync disruptions, and ensure SLA adherence. Work with integrations such as Adyen, Verifone, Oracle Retail, and Taxware. Monitor and optimize system performance, participate in deployments and 24/7 support rotation. Perform root cause analysis and apply long-term solutions. Required Skills : 10 15 years of IT e
