Key Responsibilities : Provide technical & functional support for PredictSpring POS and similar modern platforms (e.g., Jumpminds, NewStore). Troubleshoot production issues, API failures, sync disruptions, and ensure SLA adherence. Work with integrations such as Adyen, Verifone, Oracle Retail, and Taxware.
