MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS : A minimum of four years of progressively responsible administrative experience that demonstrates the ability to plan, develop, manage, and oversee complex administrative programs and daily operations in support of senior level leadership. Experience must include providing management-level advice, coordinating logistical and administrative support for division/directorate-level staff (or equivalent), and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and procedures. Two years of experience drafting official naval correspondence in accordance with SECNAV or DoD guidelines is preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, and strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills are required. Must be able to work independently, manage competing priorities, and interact effectively with personnel at all levels. Familiarity with Marine Corps administrative protocols and systems, including ETMS2 and the Defense Travel System (DTS), is preferred.
