Knowledge of incident management processes and procedures. Certifications: ITIL. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
