You will serve as a Human Resources Specialist (Employee Relations) in the Human Capital Management Group, Labor & Employee Relations Department of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE.Requirements:
DA-04 :Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the DA-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate some or all of the following: 1) Analyzing and advising on moderately complex or non-controversial issues and/or problems;2) Researching case law, administers labor agreements on behalf of management; drafting and processing disciplinary actions; 3) Communicating verbally and in writing to customers and/or managers about potentially sensitive or unusual topics.
DA-03 :
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the DA-02 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate some or all of the following: 1) Analyzing information and conducting research to provide recommendations to management or leads; 2) Writing and reviewing documentation while ensuring content is comprehensive and aligns with applicable regulations; 3) Communicating verbally and in writing to customers about routine issues and/or problems.
