You will serve as a Customer Advocate in the Cooperative Engagement Capability Office, Sensors Weapons and Launchers Dept of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER.The President has ordered a government-wide hiring freeze subject to certain limited exceptions. This position is subject to the hiring freeze. Although we are moving forward with the consideration of candidates, we will not make a selection for this vacancy announcement unless and until the position is no longer subject to the hiring freeze.
Requirements:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the ND-04 (GS-12/13 equivalent) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: as a professional Engineer evaluating in-service engineering customer requirements to manage project tasks and funding, develop plans, and coordinate the development and delivery of products for a ship warfare program.Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management website:
