Requirements:
To qualify for a Earned Value Management Specialist, your resume and supporting documentation must support:A. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position and is directly in, or related to, this position. To qualify for the NH-03 level, specialized experience must be at the NH-02 or GS-11 grade level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military or private sector.
Creditable specialized experience includes:
- Assure that cost, schedule, and contract-related financial and program status reports are timely, accurate, and depict actual conditions.
- Distribute the workload and tasks among the employees in accordance with established work flow, skill level and/or occupational specialization.
- Provide recommendations to the Team Supervisor regarding administrative and technical training that may be required
- Monitor and report on the status and progress of work, checking the work in progress and upon completion to ensure instructions and deadlines have been met.
- Maintain program and administrative reference materials, project files and relevant background documents and makes available policies, procedures and written instructions.
