Must have Four years management experience across multisite operations in related field aligned with the duties of this role. A demonstrated ability to communicate orally and in writing. Demonstrated ability to prepare budgets, analyze market trends/developments and make recommendations and improvements in operating programs. Must have the ability to demonstrate and apply principles as they relate to MCCS divisions and to the customer service environment. Must demonstrate the ability to deal effectively with superiors, subordinates, peers, vendors and the public. Strong organizational skills and the ability to motivate and coordinate others. Ability to seek and create new marketing concepts that will enhance the corporate image and produce additional revenues for the company. Sound judgment and decision-making ability is mandatory. Must have experience briefing senior leadership.
Must have strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrates a willingness to implement and support EEO, Reasonable Accommodations, the standards of the Negotiated Agreement, other employee initiative and safety programs. Must have the ability and experience to deal effectively with military personnel. Must possess the knowledge and the ability to prepare statistical reports.
