You will serve as a CONTRACT SPECIALIST in the PROCUREMENT GROUP, CL RTOIL/R&D/JEACO DEPT of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE.Requirements:
In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-9/10) or pay band (DA-03) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience includes duties related to the following: 1) Developing, executing, and administrating contracts in support of a range of supplies and services; 2) Applying contract policy during the solicitation, negotiation, administration, and termination of contracts; 3) Identifying and utilizing appropriate contracting techniques and procedures to solve acquisition problems.or 3 full academic years of progressively higher level graduate education or Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree
