MANAGEMENT & PROGRAM ANALYST

Description:

You will serve as a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST in the FLEET NUMERICAL METEOROLOGY AND OCEANOGRAPHY CENTER of FLT NUMER OCEANGPHY METEO CTR.

Requirements:

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:

• Experience with construction, project management, and engineering and concepts, principles, methods, standards and practices sufficient to accomplish assignments.
• Experience with management and organizational principles and practices associated with planning, programming, and budgeting regulations, guidelines, processes and government construction contracts; to include reading and interpreting construction diagrams.
• Experience developing staffing and funding resources for FNMOC
• Experience with government security procedures for classified spaces.
• Experience in construction methodologies and applying appropriate laws, executive orders, regulations, and policies.
• Experience presenting information to senior level management.
