This position is located within the Navy Region Southwest Region, Fleet and Family Readiness Program, Fleet Readiness Department. The incumbent will be responsible for the daily operation and management of the retail Pro Shop, Driving Range and Cart Barn associated with the Monterey Pines Golf Course, located at Naval Support Activity Monterey, CA.Requirements:
Knowledge of management procedures and general business practices related to the management of a pro shop/retail facility.Incumbent must possess a practical knowledge of commercial, retail and a good knowledge of policies/procedures pertaining to operations including accounting, merchandising and patron control.Basic knowledge of rules and etiquette of the game of golf and golf tournament operations.
Must be experienced in providing exceptional customer service to all.
