Description:
The incumbent is primarily responsible for typing, data entry, accounting and procurement paperwork; coordinating written information; creating and implementing mailing lists, and a variety of other clerical tasks designed to support the smooth flow of information and work in the Marketing office. The incumbent will also assist in the basic graphics techniques to assist in the production of signs, banners, and other support materials.Requirements:
- Requires the skills of a fully qualified typist, basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Basic knowledge of English, grammar, spelling and business/military writing style.
- Knowledge of public relations formats is desirable.
- Knowledge of normal format, forms, military style and business format.
- Possesses skills in organizing and planning.
- Understanding of database programs and entry.
