Requirements:

Basic Requirement for All Applicants: Information Technology (IT)-related experience, obtained through paid or unpaid experience and/or completion of specific, intensive training, demonstrating each of the following competences: Attention to Detail, Customer Service, Oral Communication, and Problem Solving.

GS-13: To be qualified at the GS-13 level you must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level in the Federal service.

Specialized experience for this grade level includes demonstrating the ability to provide leadership and guidance to subordinate staff, providing training, and distributing and monitoring work in progress. Additionally, experience includes the following: assessing service and information requirements needed to complete automated litigation support projects; utilizing network or specialty litigation support hardware and software capabilities for the processing of complex e-discovery; and providing customer service in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.

Interagency Career Transition Assistance Plan (ICTAP)- The ICTAP provides eligible displaced Federal competitive service employees with selection priority over other candidates for competitive service vacancies. If your agency has notified you in writing that you are a displaced employee eligible for ICTAP consideration, you may receive selection priority if: 1) this vacancy is within your ICTAP eligibility; 2) you apply under the instructions in the announcement; and 3) you are found well-qualified for this vacancy.
