Description Provide desktop support and troubleshoot enterprise and Windows applications (e.g., Office, Adobe, Microsoft Teams, Office 365). Manage access control for the building. Handle user provisioning and onboarding processes via Active Directory, adhering to global IT governance and SOPs. Troubleshoot hardware including computers, printers, copiers, multi-functional devices, and some lab instruments. Work with vendors for instrument troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and installation
