Lead Service OTC on S/4HANA (S/4HANA Service / former CS + SD): service orders by job codes, parts lists, markups/charges, returns/RMA, and billing. Migrate work orders & part orders from Salesforce into SAP; fix data model, pricing conditions, and availability (ATP / parts distribution).
