You will serve as a HOUSING MANAGER in the Commander, Navy Region Southwest; Department of the Navy of NB CORONADO.Requirements:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:1) Providing input on the development of directives, instructions, and procedures, for the inspection of housing facilities; 2) Solving problems related to housing occupant concerns and complaints; 3) Maintaining and controlling expenditures related to housing management requirements; 4) Ensuring Unaccompanied Housing Property (buildings and rooms) are maintained and up to standard; and 5) Providing training and guidance of Housing policies to Building Petty Officer. Physical Demands
The work requires some physical exertion involved in frequent on -site visits to project locations, long periods of standing, walking over sometimes uneven surfaces, climbing stairs, bending, and reaching, or similar activates.
Work Environment
The work involves normal risks or discomforts associated with an office environment which is usually adequately lighted, heated and ventilated. There may be occasional exposure to dusty or dirty conditions while visiting housing units or facilities undergoing repair, maintenance, or renovation.
