Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band DP-02 in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Leading a team to manage scope, cost, schedule, and performance for the Automated Digital Network System (ADNS) Program in support of Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3) systems; processing and handling pre-award system development contract activities; and managing installation requirements across all submarine classes to include new construction, providing support to operational platforms, identifying issues and developing corrective solutions, and increasing cyber readiness.Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management website: https://www.opm.gov/policy-data-oversight/classification-qualifications/general-schedule-qualification-standards/#url=Group-Standards
