Qualification requirements emphasis is on quality of experience, not necessarily the length of time.

This job has a screen-out element which will be used to determine minimum eligibility for this job. The Screen-out Element is:
1) A comprehensive understanding of aircraft and helicopters, coupled with the ability to apply mathematical formulas related to weight and balance;
2) Ability to assist Squadron Weight & Balance Officers in resolving any weight and balance concerns that may impact mission requirements;
3) Strong communication skills; and
4) The ability to work independently with minimal supervision and make sound decisions.
