Qualification requirements emphasis is on quality of experience, not necessarily the length of time.

This job has a screen-out element which will be used to determine minimum eligibility for this job. Applicants who do not receive a minimum of two points on the screen-out element(s) will be found ineligible. The Screen-out Element for this position is: 1) Demonstrating knowledge of electrical and electronic theory as well as a working knowledge of mathematics pertaining to the electronic field; 2) Displaying knowledge of construction practices of electronic equipment in order to recognize types and sizes of resistors, capacitors, wiring, and transistors; 3) Utilizing diagrams, schematics and other technical publications; 4) Recognizing circuit configurations and follow signal paths through simple printed and wired circuitry.
