Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-9 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Serving as the technical expert for technically sophisticated computer numerical control (CNC) machine tools, 2 axis through 6 axis; 2) Producing CNC programs using state of the art highly complex Computer Aided Design (CAD) and Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAM) software; 3) Writing post processors for machine tools; 4) Providing detail instructions for machine setups, operations and compliance of blue prints and/or technical directives.Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management website: https://www.opm.gov/policy-data-oversight/classification-qualifications/general-schedule-qualification-standards/0800/engineering-technical-series-0802/
