Key Details: Direct Hire/Perm Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:30AM-7:00PM PST Location: Downtown San Diego (Onsite to start, with the option for 1 day WFH after the first month) Salary: $65-75k Responsibilities: Incident Management Receive incident notifications via phone, email, or web and log all incidents in the service desk platform Classify incidents by identifying affected users, systems, hardware, and services Prioritize incidents to ensure timely and effective escalation Escalate and follow
