Description:
You will serve as a GENERAL ENGINEER in the FST ENGINEERING DIVISION of FLEET READINESS CENTER SOUTHWEST.
The incumbent will serve as a E-2/C-2 and MultiPrograms Aircraft Fleet Support Team (FST) Leader who acts with full line authority on E-2 and C-2 in-service support issues.
The duty location of this position is Naval Air Station, San Diego, CA.
Requirements:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-14) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:1) Demonstrating a thorough understanding of the core in-service logistics and engineering products and services produced by a Fleet Support Team;
2) Displaying the ability to effectively operate within a command's financial system (i.e. Navy's Work Capital financial system); and
3) Managing financial and personnel resources for a large multidisciplinary team.
