- Provide operational support for 600 Windows Servers (emphasis on Windows server 2016 and newer) and 120 SUSE Linux (SLES 12 and SLES 15) including patching, monitoring server performance and service availability within compliance to Service Level Agreements. - Manage and upgrade and VCenter 7 and later with 40+ ESXi hosts. - Manage Omnissa Horizon virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) pools and remote desktop services (RDS) - Resolve high tier incidents and requests escalated from other support
