Role: Failure Analysis (FA) Support Location: San Jose, CA - Onsite Responsibilities: Work with and support development teams focused on hardware (HW) development and customer issues.Responsible for tracking FA hardware from the point of receipt into the lab through to return to our repair vendor or Damaged Goods Inventory.Oversee receiving, shipping, and tracking of hardware, including:Unboxing and boxing in correct packagingTracking Product IDs (PID) and Serial Numbers (SN) while in Cisco Labs
