Perform hands-on testing of AI-enabled web and voice bot applications. Deliver all testing artifacts, including: Test Plan Test Cases Test Scenarios Test Data preparation Test Results Coordinate with onsite and offshore teams, including handover and takeover activities. Participate in daily scrum meetings, test calls, design sessions, requirement sessions, and production validation activities, as required by the project. Work in an Agile environment.
