The engineer will provideTier 3 supportfor our enterprise workstation environment, with a focus onAVD (Azure Virtual Desktop),SCCM,Intune,GPO, andAzureinfrastructure. Provide advanced (Tier 3) support for workstation-related escalations, including root cause analysis and resolution.Manage and optimize AVD host pools, session hosts, and VM images using tools like Azure Image Builder.Configure and troubleshoot FSLogix profiles, Azure AD integration, Group Policies, and MSIX app attach.Support SCC
