In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of Instructional System Specialist experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Conducting analyses of occupational areas or jobs to determine requirements for instructional systems or development of training programs; 2) Applying instructional program evaluation theories and strategies to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of instructional programs; 3) Developing and revising instructional materials for courses or occupations; and 4) Developing objective tests and other instruments to measure student achievement.Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management website:
