Job Summary: Provide technical expertise in the implementation, and support of Cisco Collaboration solutions including Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Cisco Unity Connection (CUC), Cisco Emergency Responder (CER) and Cisco Contact Center Express (UCCX). The site has an aging Avaya G3SI PBX that needs to be replaced with a Cisco Collaboration Solution. The solution will include the Main Treatment Facility (MTF) and Eleven (11) Remote sites.
