A qualified candidate possesses the following:
- Knowledge in the applicable combination of trades (e.g. carpentry, plumbing, and/or painting) sufficient to perform the duties of the position.
- Knowledge of safe work practices including the use of appropriate personal protective equipment, use of hazardous materials and chemicals, fall protection standards, and all related OSHA safety standards.
- Skill in basic math and reading.
- Ability to provide customer service with a high level of professionalism.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.
