DIRECTOR ARCTIC SUBMARINE LABORATORY

Description:

You will serve as DIRECTOR, ARCTIC SUBMARINE LABORATORY (ASL) in the Command Staff of UNDERSEA WAR FIGHTING DEVELOPMENT CENTER.

Requirements:

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:

• *Experience in program management, Navy budget development and execution, submarine operations, Navy training and qualification programs, fleet exercise coordination, and a combination of submarine sensor employment and NAVSEA material configuration requirements.
• *Experience supervising and managing shore command programs, infrastructures, and resources.
• *Experience applying knowledge of submarine Arctic operations to make creative decisions and significant recommendations that effect positive changes and development to support critical mission requirements.
• *Experience developing and interpreting guidance in the area of submarine fleet operations in Arctic.
