Description:
You will serve as the Human Resources Director (HRD) of the Civilian Human Resources Office for the Marine Air Ground Task Force Training Command (MAGTFTC), MARINE CORPS AIR GROUND COMBAT CTR (MCAGCC). You will serve as the principal advisor and technical authority to the Commanding General, Chief of Staff, Commanding Officers, managers and supervisors on all civilian HR programs and policies.Requirements:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector managing human resources program operations (e.g. short and long-term planning, setting priorities, estimating resources) to provide technical guidance and advisory services to management, to include developing and implementing human resources policy and procedures in support of organizational goals and objectives.Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management web site: https://www.opm.gov/policy-data-oversight/classification-qualifications/general-schedule-qualification-standards/#url=List-by-Occupational-Series
